Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a quote or callback form we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form that is your name, phone number, suburb, a description of the job, and any photos you choose to attach. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

We also collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or advertisement that referred you.

How we use it

Your enquiry details are used to prepare your quote, arrange a site measure, carry out the work and contact you about it. Technical information is used to understand how the site is used and to measure which advertising produces enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where your enquiry goes

Form submissions are processed by our marketing partner, KILR Studios, using a lead intake service at forms.kilrstudios.co. Your submission is stored there and forwarded to us by email so we can respond. KILR Studios processes this information on our behalf and does not use it for its own marketing.

Tracking on this website

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load the following, which set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

• Google Analytics 4, which measures page views, form submissions and clicks on our phone and email links, so we can see how the site is used.
• Google Ads conversion tracking, which records when an enquiry follows a click on one of our advertisements, so we can measure which ads work. This includes a conversion linker cookie used to connect an ad click to a later enquiry.

We do not run a Meta or Facebook pixel, session recording, or heatmap tracking on this site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site or submitting an enquiry, but parts of our measurement will no longer work.

Who else sees your information

We share information only where it is needed to do the work or run the business. That may include Google, as described above, our lead intake provider, and suppliers or subcontractors where a job requires it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while they are useful for quoting, warranty and our own record keeping, and are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on (07) 5543 4303 or at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are still not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
